FasterHouse is a fast-paced, growing, real estate investment company in St. Charles. We have a family of companies where our primary service lines include flipping and wholesaling houses, hard money lending, property management, investor education and a traditional real estate brokerage.
FasterHouse is currently looking for a person to work for our multiple companies whose primary responsibilities include doing house inspections on both occupied and unoccupied houses and driving through strategic areas to look for potential houses we can purchase throughout the St. Charles and St. Louis Metro area. The ideal candidate is organized, great at working independently and has good technology skills.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Walk tenant occupied houses to perform annual walk-throughs – take pictures of each room, check furnace filters and smoke detector batteries, etc.
- Inspect on going rehabs for the hard money business once a month – take pictures and make note of any issues/ concerns
- Drive strategic St. Louis Metro area and St. Charles routes and record qualified potential investment properties in the Batch Driven App
- Drive to other FasterHouse properties to perform miscellaneous tasks as needed
Required skills:
- Basic knowledge of the structure and functions of single-family houses
- Customer Service Oriented – Ability to create a comfortable experience for tenants and borrowers by developing rapport with them, addressing all of their inquiries, and promptly troubleshooting issues
- Ability to follow processes that are in place
- Strong communication skills
Required qualifications:
- Must own and be proficient with either iPhone or Android devices
- Have an active, valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to sit/ drive, stand and walk for long periods of time, crouching, lifting light objects and walking on uneven ground is frequent
- Self-directed, ability to manage time and schedule appropriately
- Flexible team player
- Background check is required prior to starting role

Schedule: Monday – Friday
Compensation: $15/ hour
